Buyer Specialist

This is an excellent opportunity for a growth-minded leader to play a huge role in building a business. 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Commitment to prospecting for new business at least 2 hours daily (M-F)

  • Research the market daily- new listings and price reductions

  • Conduct home buying consultations with clients

  • Host open houses at least 2 weekends/month

  • Attend regularly scheduled client and team appreciation events

  • Attend training and educational opportunities regularly

  • Preview homes for buyers and show buyers homes that meet their goals

  • Go the extra mile for buyers by prospecting for off-market opportunities

  • Write and effectively negotiate contracts for all buyer clients

  • Attend weekly team meetings

  • Desire for full time career in real estate (will work weekends)

  • Prioritization of work in a time-sensitive, fast-paced environment

Transaction Coordinator/ Client Care

The Transaction Coordinator works closely with the Executive Assistant, CEO, Lead Listing and buyer agents to provide exceptional client care from pre-listing to post-closing. The Transaction Coordinator is responsible for all contracts through closing. The Transaction Coordinator will work closely with the EA on marketing, planning and implementation of all client-facing events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the processing of all contracts through closing

  • Assures all post-closing disbursements, filing, and procedures take place

  • Communicates with customers, clients, other agents, and service providers throughout the closing process.

  • Responsible for keeping the entire team updated on the progress of all contracts and advises team members when they need to become involved in negotiations or problem resolution

  • Maintains all vendor and service provider files

  • Responsible for effective communication with clients to ensure fiduciary service is delivered from contract to close

  • Calls past clients and obtains referrals and reviews per assigned Action Plans

  • Prepares and sends hand written notes per the action plan or at the request of EA, CEO, or Lead Buyers or Listing Agents

  • Conducts client contact information in CRM and updates as needed

  • Assists EA in the planning and implementation of all Galli + Seidl Real Estate events including invitation management, set-up/tear down, and client follow-up

  • Follows up for agent feedback on all current listings

  • Assigns appropriate Action Plans

  • Identifies and requests efficiency improvements, action plan(s) revision, etc.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Participate in team building and annual business planning activities

  • Reads assigned books, articles, etc

  • Participate in weekly coaching and team meetings

  • Participate in Market Center events/trainings

Inside Sales Agent

We are looking for a motivated self-driven person who is not afraid make cold calls, take charge, and interact with people on a daily basis. As the Inside Sales Agent (ISA) with Galli + Seidl Real Estate, you will be responsible for prospecting for new clients, cultivating client relationships, setting client appointments, and managing all leads within the contact management database. Calls are made each day to reach potential clients, obtain necessary information to qualify them for an appointment, and schedule meetings with the listing and/or buyer specialist.


Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently enjoy providing excellent customer service on the phone

  • Communicate comfortably on the phone for several hours a day

  • Work well in a collaborative, professional office environment

  • Identify client’s needs and follow up with information and assistance

  • Efficiently manage a database
